Lucy Middleton
Lucy Middleton's recent West End theatre credits include Meg Giry in the stage musical The Phantom of the Opera at Her Majesty's Theatre, London. Lucy trained at the Doreen Bird College of Performing Arts. Prior to joining the London production, Lucy played the role of Meg Giry on the 1998-99 UK tour of The Phantom of the Opera. Before this Lucy was in the West End company of Cats in which she understudied and played the roles of Rumpleteazer and the Gumbie Cat. Lucy has also worked with Sir Harry Secombe in Pickwick (Apollo Theatre, Oxford), in which she understudied and played the role of Mary. On leaving college Lucy played the role of Rumpleteazer in the UK tour of Cats. Lucy's television credits include What Would You Do?, Pebble Mill (both BBC), Open House and Echo Island (both RTE) and This Morning (ITV). Lucy's son, Jack, was born on 4th October 2000. | |
