Freddie Lees' recent West End theatre credits include The Toymaker in the stage musical version of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang at The London Palladium.

Freddie has worked at almost every regional theatre in the UK with recent credits including Twelfth Night and The Tempest at Bristol Old Vic; Educating Rita at Swansea; My Cousin Rachel at Farnham; Amadeus and See How They Run at Windsor; Loot and A Doll's House at Leatherhead; Taking Steps at Sonning; Romeo and Juliet, Pravda and the title role in Gentleman Jim at Nottingham and The Good Woman of Setzuan and Fitting for Ladies at Richmond Orange Tree.

National tours include It Runs in the Family, Stepping Out, Habeus Corpus, the lead in Last Tango at Whitby, two highly successful tours of Mike Harding's Fur Coat and No Knickers and Ray Cooney's farce It Runs in the Family. Overseas he has appeared in Kennedy's Children in Amsterdam and Bedroom Farce in Vienna.

Freddie's West End credits include Billy at Drury Lane; Norman is That You? at the Phoenix and the record breaking Cinderella at the Dominion. He spent two years here at the London Palladium playing Mr Sowerberry in Lionel Bart's Oliver! followed by a further 12 months in the national tour.

Among many television appearances are Coronation Street, Tandoori Nights, King and Castle, Goose with Pepper, The Bill and an episode of Doctors last year.

For BBC radio he played the lead in the six part serial Deep Six and appeared with Tyne Daly in Radio Four's acclaimed production of Call Me Madam.
