Lydia Griffiths' recent West End theatre credits include playing Cosette in Les Miserables at The Queen's Theatre in London.

Lydia is from Wrexham in North Wales.

Theatrecredits include Anne Cratchit in A Christmas Carol (Theatre Clwyd), Great Expectations (Theatr Clwyd), the title role in Cinderella (Leamington Spa), Musical Magic (tour), Sally Bowles in Cabaret (Chester Gateway), understudied and played the role of Clarice in Napoleon (Shaftesbury Theatre), understudied and played the roles of Cosette and Eponine in Les Misérables (Palace Theatre).

Television credits include Lydia was the series winner of the Big Big Talent Show (ITV) in 1997, The Royal Variety Show (ITV) also in 1997, Heno (S4C), Primetime (HTV), The Mike Doyal Show (HTV), Raised Voices (HTV), Noson Lawen (S4C), Granada Tonight (ITV), Just Up Your Street (BBC), Arts Talk (HTV).

Radio credits include Friday Night is Music Night (BBC Radio 2), Owen Money Show (BBC Radio Wales), Music Live (BBC Radio Wales), Celebration (BBC Radio Cymru), Cabare Idris (BBC Radio Cymru).

In 2002 and 2003 Lydia appeared as soloist alongside Glenn Close, Roger Moore and David Essex at the Royal Albert Hall in tribute concerts to Trevor Nunn and Tim Rice and is a regular performer for Much Loved Productions and Dowell Productions.

Lydia has recorded a number of solo albums, including one in Welsh, and is currently working on an album of original music.
