Sean Foley
Sean Foley recently starred in The Play What I Wrote both in the West End, on UK tour, and on Broadway. Sean Foley has created comedy with Hamish McColl since 1988. He has co-written and performed in all their theatre shows, touring internationally with, among others, Moose, Bewilderness, Flight to Finland, and the Olivier Award-winning Do You Come Here Often? He was Matti in their Almeida Theatre co-production of Brecht's Mr. Puntila and his Man Matti at the Almeida and in the West End (1999-2000). For radio, he co-wrote and starred in The Kodo Finish, the series, The Remains of Foley and McColl, and the forthcoming Foley and McColl - The Interview (March 2003), all for BBC Radio 4. Other radio includes Eat This, The Goldfish Bowl and Tales from Thackeray. Television includes Brass Eye for Channel 4, People Like Us, The Fitz, and Happiness all for BBC2, and the new BBC1 comedy Wild West. Film includes P.O.V. and Gabriel and Me. He also starred in Karel Reisz's film version of Samuel Beckett's Act Without Words 1. | |
