Scott Davies

Scott Davies's recent West End theatre credits include playing the title role in the stage musical version of The Phantom of the Opera at Her Majesty's Theatre London.

Scott was born and educated in Glasgow. He trained at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama. Scott has just finished working with the West End Company of The Phantom of the Opera in which he played the alternate Phantom. Prior to this, Scott has worked with The Royal National Theatre in the world premiere of Halisinia where he played the part of the father.

Other musicals include the UK tour of Cats, playing the part of Gus, Bustopher Jones, and Growltiger; Mr. Snow in Carousel; and Kayama Yesamon in Pacific Overtures both at the Leicester Haymarket, and once again The Phantom of the Opera at Her Majesty's Theatre understudying Raoul and the Phantom. International tour of Chess - Oslo, and Brigadoon at the Victoria Palace playing the part of Sandy. Scott also toured extensively throughout Europe with West End - The Musicals concerts.

Opera credits include Carmen, The Flying Dutchman, Billy Budd, and Aida all with Scottish Opera.

Television appearances include Taggart and Take The High Road, both for STV. Unreported Incident, Call Me Mister and Crimewatch UK all for the BBC.

Interestingly Scott played the part of the Phantom alongside his wife, Lucy, who played Meg.
